FROM THE STAGE TO THE STUDIO
Hell of a Music Production is built on decades of making music — live, loud, quiet, improvised, composed and everything in between.
After years of touring and working as a bandleader and sideman across blues, alternative metal, modern jazz, contemporary and improvised music, I eventually took that experience from the stage into the studio — producing, recording and building a musical space of my own.
Since 2012, I have been working as a composer and music producer for film and television, combining that background with the possibilities of modern music production.
The experience of playing with musicians, working with instruments and knowing the unpredictable energy of live music is still at the heart of everything I compose for film.
Music is what I do.
